Learn to Play the Spoons workshop
Tuesday 5th November
2.30pm – adults & 4pm – kids
Chew Magna Baptist Chapel, Chew Magna
Don’t cause a “stir”… play the spoons!”
They are already in your cutlery drawer so you won’t need to buy an instrument.
And when you’ve finished playing them, wash them and they are kitchen utensils once more!
All you need to bring are two equally sized, all-metal spoons (soup spoons are good), ideally with a handle that broadens towards the end where you hold it. Smaller spoons maybe better for smaller children but bigger children will be able to manage dessert/soup spoons.
You’ll be the star performer at your next family get-together!
Ttaught by Aidan Sheehan (folk musician and music tutor at Bristol Folk House).
These are FREE events, but there are limited spaces.
Please only book if you are definitely available to attend and let us know well in advance if you an unable to attend so we can offer your space to others.
For the kids workshop, parents/carers must stay on site during the workshops and are welcome to join in – no need to reserve a space.
