Easter Holiday Drama Club

Tue 8 – Wed 9 Apr 2025 –  10am – 4pm

Join us for a fun-filled 2 day Holiday Drama Camp run by professional director and facilitator Harry Gould.
This 2-day workshop is designed to help children develop their performance skills, and learn all about lifting a play from “Page to Stage”.
Over the course of the workshop, the group will examine a modern play script of the classic story Peter Pan, exploring themes such as the power of imagination, growing up and courage. This course offers an opportunity to learn from an industry professional on how best to work with a script and analyse text; develop characters; improvisation and devising techniques all whilst building confidence and teamwork skills.

Valley Arts holiday camps are a relaxed and enjoyable way to build confidence, make friends and have fun. No experience necessary and all materials will be provided. Just bring some lunch, a drink and your sense of adventure!

Easter Holiday Dance and Crafts Day with RISE Youth Dance

Tue 8 Apr 2025 – 10am – 4pm

Join us for a fun-filled day of dance, games, and creativity! Young dancers will learn new skills, explore movement, and put together their own dances with a breaks for crafting activities.

RISE Youth Dance provides high-quality dance training in an inclusive, nurturing, and safe environment for children and young people aged 6-19 in the Bristol area. Our vision is for every child and young person to become the best they can be. We believe in the power of dance to help children and young people become their best selves.

No experience necessary and all materials will be provided. Just come wearing comfortable clothes you can move about in easily, and bring some lunch, snacks and a drink!

Dance Workshops with RISE Youth Dance

Wed 9 Apr 2025 –  10am – 11.30am & 11.45am – 1.15pm

Join us for two exciting dance workshops. Session 1 introduces contemporary technique through dynamic dance phrases and choreography. Session 2 explores the vibrant energy of Caribbean dance styles. Take part in one or both sessions, no experience needed!

Come wearing comfortable clothes you can easily move in, water and snacks!

£12 for 1 session or £20 for both.
