Bristol's popular young people's theatre company Travelling Light produced the acclaimed shows 101 Dalmatians and Cinderella at the Tobacco Factory. Now their latest production Sammy and the Snow Leopard, currently on national tour, comes to the Chew Valley, with an Easter date for Valley Arts at Chew Valley School.

This is an enchanting, high-energy show for the whole family, involving stuffed animals, evil neighbours, school projects and... limes.

Sammy is 9 years old and likes animals. No...he LOVES animals. The problem is his Mum won't let him have any pets. But when his best friend Hokey Pokey tells him about the "Adopt a Snow Leopard" programme, Sammy reckons he's found a way to have a pet that doesn't actually come to the house. Perfect! But then Sammy gets an unexpected gift – and finds himself on an adventure that quickly spirals out of control…

Children reviewing the show have said: "I would recommend this show for people who enjoy funny things." And: "It was brilliant. The slow-motion bit really made us laugh!"

This show is going to be hugely popular. Don't miss out: tickets £5 / £8, book early on
